Payment Information

Be sure you register before you send in any kind of payment.

The cost of the event is:

$25 for early bird pre-pay (before March 27th)
$35 for late pre-pay
$35 at the door
$5 for spectators (no computer, registration not necessary, pay at the door)

The only way to guarantee yourself a seat now is to pay, and it's first-come, first-served. If there are still open slots come the day of the party, the earliest unpaid players who show up and pay at the door will get first crack at the available seats.

The really good news is that we've signed up with PayPal to perform online credit card payments. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, the process is quick, easy, and painless. Simply register for G2 as normal and you'll be offered a link you can follow if you decide to do the online credit card payment. Of course the choice of payment through check is still available, as is the possibility of paying at the door. There have been some prices changes though that you need to be aware of. If you pay before March 27th, you can take advantage of our special early bird promotional rate, which is $25. On the 27th, pre-pay cost will rise to $35. After April 3rd, pre-pay will no longer be available and you'll have to pay at the door.

When you registered, you should have been given a button that linked to PayPal. You can use that to do your online payment. If you forgot to or closed it accidentally, check your email for your registry notification. There will be a link to PayPal contained within. Just click (or copy and paste) to pre-pay.

If you've registered and didn't want to pay right away (and misplaced the registration email), you can still use PayPal easily, by going to our Payment Page. In addition, you can use this page to pay for other players, such as friends, relatives, or clanmates.

Spectators: If you want to attend but aren't bringing a computer of your own, then you can get a Spectator badge. You don't have to register or prepay, but you will have to pay a $5 fee to cover the cost of the badge. The badge will let you come and go through our security.
